Every wedding runs on a timeline. Hair has a slot. Makeup has a slot. The dress has its fittings, the venue has its walkthrough, the photographer has a shot list. The people wearing, walking and standing up in all of it rarely have a moment set aside for themselves.

Plan for how you’ll feel, not only how you’ll look.

That is true for the bride, for the groom, and for the parents who have waited for this day as long as anyone. Wedding wellness is the appointment the rest of the timeline is missing, and the one that supports everything else on it.

Many weddings already set aside a day for a mehndi, a shower or a bachelorette weekend. The Gilded Aisle is a wellness celebration that sits beside them. We bring the setting to your home, hotel or getting-ready suite, and the people closest to you gather for nurse-led IV wellness designed to support hydration and energy before the wedding.

Why 2 to 5 Days Before

Scheduling your Gilded Aisle 2 to 5 days before the wedding is the sweet spot. You get the full benefit on your wedding day, without the drip overlapping with hair, makeup, photos or the ceremony.

The benefit stays with you. After weeks of late nights, skipped meals and living on coffee, your infusion is designed to replenish what a long stretch of planning takes out of you, and that support carries into the days that follow.
It builds you up when it counts. A few days lets the nutrients settle in fully instead of arriving at the last minute.
No day-of distractions. Any flushing, a little redness at the IV site, and the time the session takes are behind you before the celebration begins.
It's flexible. Anywhere in the window works, so we fit it around your schedule instead of squeezing it into the final day or two.

Our Recommendation

Most clients: 2 to 3 days before. Close enough that you feel refreshed and ready, far enough that it is fully separate from your prep.
Your first infusion, or an especially run-down stretch: 4 to 5 days before, for a comfortable head start.

On the Wedding Morning

The day itself is kept simple: a saline infusion only, given during makeup or earlier in the morning, for you and anyone in the family who wants one. Vitamin infusions are never given within 48 hours of the wedding.

what to expect

How It Works

We come to you. Home, hotel, venue or event space throughout the Lehigh Valley. Travel beyond 20 miles is quoted at booking.
Every guest is screened. Each person completes a nurse health screening before any infusion.
About 45 to 60 minutes. That is the usual length of each infusion. Settle in.
Saline only on the wedding day. Every other infusion is completed at least 48 hours before.
Clinical care, beautifully set. Led by our founder, an ER nurse, under physician medical direction.

All services require a clinical consultation and are provided under physician medical direction. Not suitable during pregnancy or for certain cardiac or kidney conditions. Individual experiences vary.
